The foundation of a house is generally either poured concrete or block concrete and surrounds the bottom of the house beneath the siding. While you can hide the foundation with landscaping, you also can paint a house’s foundation to make it blend in with the rest of the exterior of the house.
Your paint will have to adhere to the concrete surface, and therefore, you need a perfectly clean concrete surface. – Allow time to your concrete foundation to dry. 2/ Use a concrete patch and repair all the cracks and chips in the concrete foundation.

You can paint a house foundation, basement walls, stucco walls, and even concrete floors. The painting of the interior masonry surfaces is a little different from painting of the exterior ones. When deciding to paint the exterior of a foundation or exterior masonry walls, keep in mind the unique qualities of the concrete and follow the tips below.
Paint the entire wall with a thin coat of a concrete sealer or concrete primer. Apply an even coat with a wide paintbrush. Allow it to dry for four hours or for the time indicated on the sealer label.
Exterior house paint can crack and peel on concrete. Masonry paint ($20 per gallon) can be tinted and is much thicker than exterior paint. Apply it with a masonry brush ($5 to $8), a high-capacity (3/4-inch or higher) roller, or a texture roller ($5.50).
Before you start painting your concrete foundation, you need to repair the cracks and ensure that the surface is even. You can use an acrylic filler to fill in the crevices, and then use a dark color to cover up any kind of blemishes that remain after the repair job.

If your foundation has any type of texture or a brick covering, use a paint roller first. Go back over the foundation a second time with a paintbrush, filling in the gaps. Opt for a color the same shade as your house to cover or hide the foundation. Or, pick a contrasting color to make the foundation look more decorative.
Paint your concrete block foundation. This is probably the cheapest and easiest way to cover the concrete blocks. Many manufacturers make paint or epoxy especially for concrete surfaces. Clean the concrete blocks thoroughly and patch any cracks or holes. Then simply use a brush or roller to apply the paint or epoxy.
On previously painted surfaces, ideally you should sandblast to remove all paint. Where this is not practical, power wash to remove any flaking paint, wash with trisodium phospate, rinse, allow to dry, then paint with vinyl enamel.
